Jacqueline was God sent when I was at my worst with my eczema. I have had eczema my whole life but it got so bad postpartum that my skin and face were red, cracking, inflamed. I was on the strongest steroid cream with the dermatologist and it was unable to clear my eczema. I was so lost that I didn’t know what to do and decided to try Chinese medicine as a last resort. This was my first foray into Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. I was very impressed and felt to be in very good hands. I have been having terrible backache until I received the acupuncture session from Jacqueline.

My back was so stiff and I was suffering from chronic back pain which affected my work and daily life.  I was told this pain could be relieved by acupuncture.  Shortly after the first trial session, the range of movement was improved and the pain was decreasing gradually.  Followed by several treatment, the pain was gone and rarely come back.

I would like to express my gratitude and high regards to Jacqueline Chan, my acupuncturist.  I used to snore very loud, which became a problem for me. I now believe in Acupuncture since it completely resolved my snoring issue.

About a year ago, I always had poor sleep in which I woke up early in the morning and started to loss hair badly. I went to see Jacqueline again. After few treatments, I could sleep until 7am in the morning. The hair loss stopped. I am still visiting Jacqueline from time to time to get treatments for the health problem here and there.

Her office is always very tidy and organized and all rooms are comfortable. In May 2013, I had a nasty fall at home resulting in an acute severe back pain. I went to see Jacqueline immediately for treatment. After the visit, I got up and felt like a new person. Not the first bit of pain and I can’t even remember that I had a severe back pain before. It was really amazing. I could not be happier! I then made more appointments for other issues I have with my body.

One of them being a skin rash which spread behind my left knee. I went to family doctor and was put on antibiotics and topical creams. The condition seems better at first but the symptoms soon recurred and not cured. I was in desperation so I decided to seek Jacqueline’s help again. Believed it or not, my skin rash was gone after a few treatments and the recurrence had been reduced dramatically.

Now I am having Acupuncture and Cupping Therapy for other problems I have including constipation, hemorrhoids, anxiety and fluid retention. As a form of natural therapy, I understand that acupuncture and Chinese Medicine takes time and with regular treatments I feel improvement coming from within my own body.

Jacqueline is very attentive to her patients and she carries her work in a highly professional manner. She follows up with her patients and she is both knowledgeable and kind and puts the patient at ease before the treatment starts.
